1. Cancellations
    A. Cancellations can be made in writing to the appropriate Wellness Center.
    B. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the meeting date will receive full refund of payment or credit towards regularly scheduled meetings.
    C. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the meeting may result in forfeiture of all payments.
  2. Cleaning and Damages
    A. Food and materials (i.e. handouts) must be disposed of in appropriate waste containers at the conclusion of the activity.
    B. The cost of cleaning ($25/hour) and/or repairs of damages in excess of normal use, as determined by Wellness Center administration, may be assessed by the facility user.
  3. Fees
    A. We agree to payment in advance of facility use.
