The 5 Healthy Towns Foundation operates four wellness centers within the 5 Healthy Towns. The Wellness Centers provide our communities access to state of the art exercise experiences. When combined with the 5H Comprehensive Wellness Plans, the centers are a major contributor to our mission of creating a culture of wellness in the 5 Healthy Towns.
